Personal record forms - This form needs to be completed by all adults and children attending the woodland as individuals. The forms are kept by the forest school leader at all times. Any changes in medical conditions must be notified immediately. Groups attending on a one off visit must fill out a register of the children and adults present with any medical conditions noted and made known to the forest school leader.

Risk Assessment of site - a detailed risk assessment of the possible hazards and their management.

Letter to parents. A useful letter to send out to parents prior to starting forest school either as a regular session or a special visit.

Bits for a notice board - some info to go on your notice board for parents to see and to remind the children of some of our rules.

Information leaflet. Colourful flyer which makes an A5 leaflet

Holiday Fun booking form - Please print and send to reserve places on Fun days. Personal record sheet also required for first visit.
